Is there a minimum or maximum size event that you will do? How can I get a quote for an event? Getting a quote is very easy. Simply go to our GET A QUOTE section on our website and fill out your information and click the items you want. Don’t forget that we have both a Food and an Entertainment Section to choose from. Hit the submit button at the bottom of the page and your finished. We’ll take the information and email you the quote, usually the same day. Yes, we’re quick! Do you book the site location for us?
Typically we don’t book the site for you. We ask that you take care of booking the park or site and we’ll work with them by getting them all the information they need. That’s not to say we won’t do it, but we prefer you to book the site. Where can we have the event?
Is your event inside or outside? If it’s outside, the most common place is at a park. But that’s not the only place. You can have it on your company grounds or even at a lake or resort. For inside events, we have worked at convention centers, office buildings, warehouses, school auditoriums and universities. Can we include some of our own activities at the event?
Most definitely. If you want to do a raffle or a drawing, include your own game or even incorporate your food into the serving line, we are totally ok with that. We’ll accommodate you in any way possible. Can I meet with someone from your company?
Yes. Part of our service is to offer a free presentation for those that are interested in using Fun Events Company for their event. We’ll come to your facility and bring our portfolio book with pictures of our equipment and events. We also bring a bag full of stuffed animal prize samples. This is the fun part! The presentation lasts approximately 45 minutes. Will you go look at the park or site and tell us what you think?
You bet. We would actually prefer to look at the park or site. We look for logistics like water availability, power, shade, restrooms, obstacles we might have to work around and so forth. With our years of experience and keen eyes, we look for the optimum cooking area, serving area, inflatables location and midway game locations. Do you carry insurance?
Yes, we have a $2 million General Liability insurance policy. Many parks or site locations want to be co-named as additional insured. That’s no problem and we can provide that certificate at no extra charge. What other kinds of events do you do?
Our event services include: Company Picnics, Open House Events, Team Building Fun, Company Anniversary Parties, Safety Celebrations, Employee Appreciation Day, Children’s Events Is there a minimum or maximum size event that you will do?
There’s no minimum or maximum size event. We have done events ranging anywhere from 25 to 6,000 people. |
